John Harris, President & Founder

John began his career in Real Estate in 1985. John leverages over 30 years of successful Financial Services and Real Estate Industry expertise including over 25 years of experience in the Lending Industry. He has held senior management and staff level positions with several companies in the finance, real estate and mortgage industries. 

John has orchestrated hundreds of real estate transactions throughout his career on residential, multi-family and commercial properties.  Whether the transaction involved a property sale, lease or a loan, John understands the needs of his clients and secures the best solution available. His unique approach to financing with private capital allows speed and flexibility that traditional banking environments cannot provide.

John is an expert at property valuation, mortgage lending and the ever changing regulatory and new lender compliance laws. His strength with numbers and attention to detail, coupled with years of hands-on transaction experience makes him especially skilled at evaluating loan scenarios and originating sensible private money loans for the company’s growing list of private individual investors.

He has lived and worked his entire life in the Southern California Area and has long-standing professional relationships and community affiliations.
